WHY DO I KEEP GETTING "INVALID LOGIN" AFTER ENTERING MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
Please make sure the correct NATION ONE TV apk/app is downloaded to your device using our installation instructions. Also, please be sure to enter your username and password exactly how you receive it in your email. Your NATION ONE TV login will only work for 1 IP address at a time. If you attempt to pass your login information to another IP address, the service will lock you out indefinitely. You will be required to purchase another month service plan. You will not be refunded for the past service plan. You are not restricted from using the NATION ONE TV service at other IP addresses.

You can cancel your NATION ONE TV service plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your service billing period/month, except we do not provide refunds for any partial-services. We recommend your Internet speed to be at a minimum of 100+mbps in order to have the best experience with The NATION ONE TV service. Also, for multiple TV connections, computers, and cell phones you might want to consider upgrading to faster Internet speeds as well as extenders if you have separating walls and stairways.
IS THERE A TV GUIDE FOR NATION ONE TV?
Yes, there is a TV guide on the main NATION ONE TV app page with the tab labeled "EPG" (Electronic Program Guide) that will provide all information and current channel times and future showings.
HOW DO I RECORD A SHOW ON MY NATION ONE TV SERVICE?
To record a show, click on the square "LIVE TV" and find the show that you want to record. When the show is found, make sure the show is highlighted in orange then click and hold the center button on your Firestick remote until the drop down menu appears. Once the drop down menu appears, click on the option "Recording" and the recording box will appear and input the duration (in minutes) you want for the show to be recorded, then click "START RECORDING". You must calculate how long you would like the show to be recorded in MINUTES. 60 minutes= 1 hour / 1,440 minutes= 24 hours.
WHY IS MY NATION ONE TV BUFFERING?
We recommend you to have an updated modem/router that is compatible with your Internet speeds. Also, having an updated device and resetting your streaming devices often will reduce buffering as well as refreshing your app channels.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHANNEL FREEZES?
A quick fix for channel freezing is to simply leave out of the channel for a few seconds and go back into it.
HOW TO REFRESH NATION ONE TV CHANNELS?
By logging into your NATION ONE TV service app, you will need to click on the LIVE TV tab, and once entered, click the button with 3 lines on your firestick remote and a menu will drop down allowing you to click on the first option to refresh your channels, movies, and series.
SHOULD I EVER RESTART MY FIRESTICK?
You should restart your Amazon firestick, set-top box or Android devices at least once a week to clear out the cache. In order to restart your firestick go to Settings, My Fire TV then a drop down menu will appear and click on Restart.
WHY IS MY SERVICE PLAN EXPIRATION DATE OFF?
If your service plan date is off, log out and log back into your account by getting into the NATION ONE TV service app and clicking on the one person icon at the top right hand corner of the main page and a drop down menu will appear allowing you to logout of your account. To log back in, re-enter your username and password.
DOES THE NATION ONE TV SERVICE GO DOWN ANYTIME?
NATION ONE TV has a 95% service rating of up time, however like any other service sometimes there needs to be some updates, maintenance, or technical repairs performed.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT ALL CHANNELS WILL WORK?
While the best attempt will be made to maintain the best service possible, some channels may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance. Some channels will not work. Also, the channel lineup can be changed/modified without prior notice.
